The sole purpose of the youth company is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through dance and to build up the next generation of disciples.

Commitments 

  • Currently enrolled in dance class (ballet is required) at the studio of your choice

  • Commit to regular attendance for scheduled Saturday rehearsals and discipleship/Bible study 10:00am-11:30am

  • Commit to one performance per month

  • Commit to attend creative worship one Friday evening per quarter

  • Exhibit good behavior

  • No foul lanuage

  • Maintain passing grades in all subjects

  • Adhere to dress code

  • Attendance to Dance Revolution convention 11/21-11/23 strongly encouraged but not required

(Failure to adhere to these commitments may result in dismissal.)

Dress Code

Girls

  • Approved black leotard

  • Pink tights

  • Approved black shorts or skirt

  • Black or tan sports bra (over age 10)

  • Pink ballet shoes

  • Hair secured neatly in a bun or claw clip

  • Coverup required outside of the studio

  • Nude leotard and tan ballet shoes for performances

Boys

  • Long black jazz pants

  • Black short sleeve t-shirt

  • Black ballet shoes

  • Dance belt (over age 10)

  • Tan ballet shoes may be required for performances
